VREB Regulations – Effective November 1st, 2015

On August 3rd, Governor McAuliffe signed off on revisions to the Virginia Real Estate Board (VREB) Regulations. There are a number of changes that will impact both agents and brokers. Changes will go into effect November 1, 2015.

Revised regulations include: Advertising, Escrow, Unlicensed Assistants and Licensure/Broker Supervision.

During DAAR’s Broker Breakfast on Friday, September 25th, Jay DeBoer, Director, Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR) provided a thorough update on the revisions.  Click here to view the power point.
