There is a Leader in You: Join the Association Leadership Development Program
If you are interested in becoming a leader in the Association, then the Association Leadership Development Program (ALDP) is the plan of action to complete the mission.
The Dulles Area Association of REALTORS®, the Fredericksburg Area Association of REALTORS® and the Prince William Association of REALTORS® have created a program that identifies leadership types and demonstrates how and where to lead while dealing with the inevitable challenges encountered along the way to a successful completion.
The Program maps out good governance practices focusing on member needs, while still creating a financially successful Association that is respected in the community. Please consider applying for one of the 21 slots. Each Association has 7 openings. This program will prepare the graduate for a leadership role in whatever endeavor he or she chooses!
