NAR's GREEN Designation Consumer demand for green real estate is growing.  Be a leader - become the green real estate resource for your community and earn NAR's Green Designation at DAAR on April 20-21st, 2011, 9:00-5:00 pm.  This two-day course highlights what makes a property green, strategies for educating clients about green features, financial incentives and rebates available to home buyers and how to market yourself as a green real estate specialist once you obtain the GREEN designation.

To obtain the green designation, attendees must complete the core GREEN course as well as at least one elective on residential, commercial, or property management.  On April 28th, 2011, 9:00-5:00 pm, DAAR is offering the GREEN Residential Elective Class for those who took the two-day GREEN Designation course.
