County Assessor: Real Estate Assessments Up Slightly
More than fifty members attended DAAR's monthly Lunch Matters: Determining Real Estate Assessments in Loudoun County on Thursday, February 2nd. Todd Kaufman, Loudoun County's Assessor since 2005, provided and overview of how real estate assessments are determined in Loudoun County, the review process and role of the Board of Equalization. Kaufman reported that assessments in Loudoun County were up slightly on average. For more information, download the presentation.
