USDA Rural Housing Loan Processing Experiencing Delays

Byron W. Waters, USDA Rural Housing Programs Director, Rural Development Virginia State Office recently announced that  changes related to their loan processing infrastructure and early staff retirements has led to a delay in processing USDA Guaranteed Rural Housing home loans.
