Important Announcement Regarding Lockbox CBS Codes

Due to the fact that we had to eliminate lockbox full access to our Affiliate Members, which has created confusion and inconvenience to you, our members, we have authorized SentriLock to program into all DAAR owned lockboxes a common “CBS” code of 2468.  This code will become effective after the owner of the boxes has updated their SentriCard, effective April 14, 2011, and inserted their SentriCard into all of their boxes.  If this is not done the code will default to the originally programmed code.

You are free to change that code to anything you want, but it is our intent to provide this code to all of our Affiliate SentriCard holders so they don’t have to bother you the day of an inspection or test.  They will, as always be required to pre-schedule appointments to perform their work.  You will need to let them know if you are not using the DAAR Standard code.  Hopefully within time, all DAAR Lockboxes will use the 2468 DAAR Code.

Please remember that this only allows access by DAAR Approved SentiLock Cardholders.  It is not a one day code or contractors code, they must first have a SentriCard to use this code. Thank you and we look forward to assisting you in your real estate business through greater efficiency.
