Become a Member, Dues and Related Forms
The Dulles Area Association of REALTORS® offers extensive member benefits to ensure your business success, from continuing education to legislative advocacy. To join DAAR and take advantage of the many resources and programs offered, there are three membership applications from which to choose:
Primary/New Membership Application Form - This form is for new REALTORS® joining the association for the first time or for REALTORS® who do not currently belong to a surrounding association. The form requires your broker's signature and must be emailed or faxed (703) 771-9787 to DAAR prior to your new member appointment. For details on the annual membership dues structure, click here (Your new member appointment will be set-up once our staff receives your new member application.)
Secondary Membership Application Already a member of a local association but want to enjoy what DAAR has to offer? This form is for active members of another REALTOR® association who would also like to receive services from DAAR as a secondary member. Just fill out and email or fax (703) 771-9787 this form and start taking advantage of DAAR services, events, and education classes
Transferring Membership Application Are you already a member of a local association but wish to transfer to DAAR? Please fill out the transferring membership application form which can be emailed or faxed (703) 771-9787. Once we have the form, a DAAR staff member will contact you to set an appointment to complete your transfer and welcome you to your new association
Affiliate Membership Application Individuals and businesses that want to promote their products and services to DAAR's REALTOR® members can become Affiliate members of the association. To become an Affiliate member, please email or fax (703.771.9787) this form to DAAR. For more information on the benefits of becoming an affiliate member visit our affiliate page.

To Change your personal information, transfer to another office or terminate your membership:
Member Record Change Form This form is for REALTOR® and Affiliate members who are changing firms, updating addresses, or leaving our association. Please email or fax (703.771.9787) this form to DAAR to ensure our membership database has your current information.
SentriCard and Lockbox Services DAAR offers the Sentrilock system to new members. To apply for a Sentrilock card, you must be an active primary member of DAAR. The card service is leased from DAAR. Should you need to purchase any Sentrilock boxes you will need to bring your Sentricard with you. You can not buy one without the card. For more information, see the Sentrilock User Agreement and the Lockbox Regional Rules and Regulations.
