Dulles Area Real Estate School Policies: Thank you for choosing the Dulles Area Real Estate School Please review our Transfer, Refund & Cancellation Policies corresponding to the course you are registering for. Due to seating & class availability, all class registrants must comply with the policies set below. The policies set forth are not intended to hinder or impede a registrant's educational experience, but are meant to help guide a registrant when unexpected events occur. Inclement Weather & Emergency Contact Information Call 703-777-2468 and Listen to the "Special Announcements". Designation Courses, Pre-Licensing, Post-Licensing and Continuing Education Classes Cancellation/Refund Policy Cancellation requests (written or phoned) will be accepted through 4:30 p.m. 7 calendar days preceding each class. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after the close of business on that day. Requests for refund consideration due to extenuating circumstances must be received in writing within 15 days after the class start date, addressed to the Director, Professional Development at lminthorne@dullesarea.com. Absence – 60 hour Principles of Real Estate Course and any Broker License Course One excused absence is permitted provided the student turns in an agreed upon assignment to the instructor.
