>Instant notification of showings
>Bigger buttons make it easier to use
>Easier-to-read display
>Cancel button
>Built-in flashlight to locate the KeyBox or light switch in a dark home

Get ready to throw away that cradle because updating keys will be a thing of the past! ActiveKEY is always updated! If the key is lost or stolen, simply issue a deactivation command – wirelessly and instantly.

Everyone will benefit from ActiveKEY because all activity is transmitted wirelessly and immediately – no more waiting for users to cradle their key. ActiveKEY also provides instant notification of showings as soon as the showing agent walks into the house! Real Estate Agents will be in more control of their listings and will be able to immediately follow up on showings.

ActiveKEY is similar in size to the DisplayKEY and will have an improved user experience with an easier-to-read display, better backlighting, and larger buttons. This is the key you will be able to leave in your car. You can even purchase a car charger to keep it charged.

ActiveKey will be released Q3 of 2007 but we won’t be able to make the switch until we are a 100% iBox (the blue box) region. ActiveKEY will not work with the old gray boxes. When the rest of the region, NVAR, PWAR and GPAR convert to an all iBox environment we will be able to consider the change.

VA agents wanting to get a WV license need an

irrevocable consent for service, bond in amount of $2,000 and affidavit of residency.

Once all this has been received, completed and compiled, send to WVREC, plus $50 to get reciprocal WV license.

Brokers follow the same procedure but use broker's application (yellow form) and the fee is $100.

All WV licenses expire on 31 June EACH YEAR and 7 hrs of continuing ed are needed to renew. Some courses are combined for VA/WV -- however, not all CE is approved by either State, even if approved by the other.
